I don't think so, but it depends on what you are wanting to do. My daughter played indoor field hockey there and we got in free, but I assume the team had to pay some fee for the use of the facilities. I would guess if you wanted to use their facilities as an individual you would have to pay a fee, but you don't have to pay just to get in.
