I don't like to be a complainer, but there is something or someone that is not right at THIS FedEx location. I have been using FedEx Smartpost as a shipping service for my eBay business for over a year with no problems. I recently discovered that this particular location was closer to my home than the other FedEx location that I had been using, so I began using it instead. That is when I also first began to "lose" packages. Normally, I am very busy, so I go to the shipping counter in the store and drop off my prepaid packages. The employee says "Thank you!", and I leave thinking everything is going to alright. Lately, I have discovered that some of my packages are not being scanned. Normally, it can take a day or two for their tracking to update, but tracking for these packages never showed up. That means that FedEx does not even acknowledge that they ever received them. I've lost two packages within the last month that have cost me well over $100.00 in just merchandise alone. There is simply no trace of them. They are just gone! Packages that are missing with FedEx feeling no responsibility about it at all, and there is nothing that can be done about it, because I did not stand there and wait for 5 or 10 minutes to have the employee issue me a receipt acknowledging that they received my package. Yes, I know I should have waited and asked for a receipt, but because I did not, I have absolutely no chance of recovering anything. I have to refund my buyers money, including shipping costs, and someone at FedEx gets to keep the items that I sent. For the safety of everyone reading this post, DO NOT LEAVE FEDEX WITHOUT A RECEIPT FOR YOUR PACKAGES, ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION! YOU MUST FORCE THEM TO BE HONEST!

They don't have muxh in stock. And they dont take any regular mail, only fedex packages
