It's more like rolling hills than a mountain top so depends on which "top" the easiest is 2mi if you hike east about 6mi you'll get to Hemet Butte with a gorgeous view of State St & dominigoni St. Check out the All trails app, you can see people's recordings of their hikes with elevation so you can plan your path. It will take you quite some time to hike all the way up. There are a lot of trails to choose from. Make sure to bring a lot of water on warmer days and look out for rattlesnakes on the hot days. Be careful out there.
