I am experiencing the same problem. They won't release tiles I paid for to my contractor (they said they'd put the 9 boxes in the back and he has the receipt), and won't answer my calls trying to give authorization. I have spent over 45 minutes trying to get through, at different times of the day, and am getting no satisfaction. I've never experienced service this bad, and frustrating
I tryed calling right after a delivery there was a missing item and the refrigerator was in my living room half unpacked. Smh so do I have to go in to store or call again tomorrow? 🤔😑
