The best you could do is call corporate and tell them about this situation..
We bought washer and dryer in December before Christmas and didn't get them until February. Bad thing is that they were both in stock at the store when we made the purchase. Then got the run-around for almost 2 months. Also had extremely bad experience with previous Lowes account. Store is just BADD nrws!!!
No they don't unless its special order and your gpnna know the date of the special order. On top of that.... why wouldn't you follow up?
Depending an which washerand dryer you purchased. Samsung flex wash dry had delays in delivery due to fire. I always received updated. On date of delivery received updates and copy of delivery by email. They are superior to Home depot
Call the store Manger have you receipt ready. They then will help you much faster.
