This place is horrible. I paid for everything in person. I was given a delivery date and receipt. The day comea that we should be given a call to let us know when the delivery is scheduled. We didn't get a call. I called the store for help. The phone just rings and rings, no matter the time. I called the main line for the help and it was closed. I called the store back and pushed every option. I spoke to someone and they *think* or order should be delivered tomorrow. They can't be sure. Despite the fact the receipt says we'll get a call the day before, the person answering the phone says we might get a call the day of. Customer service only lasts until they get your money. Good luck trying to get anyone that answers the phone to help you IF you're lucky enough to get them to answer at all. As much as I want to support the stores in my neighborhood, I won't be supporting this store anymore.

I used to use just regular check out. However, I noticed that people are getting friendly at this location. There is a person at the entrance door and always greeted me very well. So I decided to try "pro" service. It was amazing. Celeste helped me out a lot during check-out process. I am so happy that I have pro card and I am getting a lot more help at that pro desk. Especially Celeste remembered me and kept helping me as her family member. I am really happy with Celeste and some friendly associates at that location. Thank you!

Jenday was so pleasant when. I walked in and she helped me find Gisele who helped me find Alicia. And Will who Hollie’s up the new a/c I bought. But I’m gonna tell you this whole store seem to be doing quite well there are many other employees were very friendly to me I wish I could remember their names but I had a lot of work to do and everybody that I ran into an every department was nothing but the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve worked with to date. You got needs? They got answers and solutions!

The nursery needs some improvement with their care of their plants. Also would be great if they had a better selection of indoor plants. I did like their half price on their annuals that I filled up my shopping cart.

I am experiencing the same problem. They won't release tiles I paid for to my contractor (they said they'd put the 9 boxes in the back and he has the receipt), and won't answer my calls trying to give authorization. I have spent over 45 minutes trying to get through, at different times of the day, and am getting no satisfaction. I've never experienced service this bad, and frustrating

I had same problem. no one answers the phone also I tried to purchase a washer and could not find help finally After 30 minutes I found some one willing to help. every time I found a human they would say I will find the person who works here never happened poor service in store also.
The best you could do is call corporate and tell them about this situation..
