Why does Lowe’s in Pico Rivera even have a number called every department and called the operator numerous times, tried to get a hold of someone for over 20 mins to find out information to buy something from their establishment. Don’t think I am now

I had same problem. no one answers the phone also I tried to purchase a washer and could not find help finally After 30 minutes I found some one willing to help. every time I found a human they would say I will find the person who works here never happened poor service in store also.

Great question wish I could give you an answer but I have never been to that location
