Hi Tamara, the hotel and the museum are independent entities with separate management. Photography inside the museum is allowed (without flash) and for personal use. If you're interested in scheduling a photo shoot, we can arrange something inside the museum for no cost. Only hotel guests are allowed in the building past the lobby (unless on a tour). The hotel also has photo shoot scheduling available however there is a fee for booking. We do not allow photography on our daily tours of the hotel building to respect hotel guests' privacy however there are special photo tours scheduled 2-6 times per year for photography inside the hotel. Our next photo tours are coming up on July 20 and 21, 2019. You can call us at the museum at 951-788-9556 for more details. Booking for the photo tours will be open around June 1. Thanks!

That's a very good question. I was there a month ago. At the hotel you are more than welcome to. Speak with the concierge on site to determine if there are any restrictions. For the museum, I didn't see anyone do that so it might be a no. However, call them to find out.

Might want to give them a call to see if it is okay.
