There is a "person" being completely disrespectful and things I don't even want to clarify knowing how offended I am of her performance here working behind thee counter at "MOLINOS COFFEE" as of 6:45am - 7:06am the "female" or any prefix that "person" may use is wearing a "MOLINOS" black shirt. The weather in here is amazing, but poor quality service from the worker/cashier. I really do hope someone can teach her manners and how to be kind to everyone and anyone.

This is a great museum and shop. Whether you're a Riverside local or not this is a great stop. It tells the history of the Mission Inn and Riverside and the significance the Hotel has had in shaping the city as we know it today. Offer a wonderful 75 minute walking tour of the hotel daily.

We took for a guided tour of the Mission Inn. The tour was interesting and the guide was knowledgeable, but the experience was diminished considerably when we were told that only guests at the hotel could take photos. Really?? We paid for the tour, too. And since some people could take photos, there was obviously nothing intrinsically harmful in doing so. At the end of the tour the guide demanded our tour stickers back, I assume to keep any riffraff from going back inside. Since we made this trip in too little time to book a room at the hotel, I was thinking that I might like to do it on a future trip. But after this experience, probably not.

The Mission Inn is amazing 5 star all the way. The 4 star rating is for the tour. It is worth it BUT we were not allowed to take any pictures. I don't know why when guest were taking pictures. The tour guide was good. She was knowledgeable. I just could not get over the NO picture thing.

For $13 you can take a 75 minute tour of the Mission Inn. You can learn some Riverside history, and see Mission Inn at the same time. It's lots of fun.
That is throught the city of riverside,ca not through the hotel.
There is a parking garage about block away, otherwise it is on the street.
We took photos inside with no problem
Unfortunately you can not take dogs on the tour. However, you are welcome to walk the exterior of the hotel with pets and admire all the wonderful architectural features.
They also have a walking tour available with an audio guide I think
Absolutely you can. It is a beautiful place without going into the museum.
