I needed to buy shoes for my daughter from Prom and I went on the app and picked out a few pairs she liked. I called the store at the Tyler Street Mall location in Riverside and I was transferred to a young lady in the shoe department. Her name is Andrea and she was a wonderful person to speak to. I explained to her that I am disabled and I couldn't go with my daughter and I also explained my daughter would need help with shopping for the shoes she wanted. She looked up the pairs I had in the shopping cart on the app one by one. She also told me that she would look uo similar pairs if the ones I picked were not available and she would set them to the side for my daughter to go and try them on the next day. She was great. I have never been to that Macy's for anything else but if Andreas interactions with is a reflection of the staff there in the whole store then I would gladly go and continue shopping there AND definitely recommend that store to my friends and family.

Merchandise wise 👌. As usual, very good quality. As for customer service, not enough cashiers. Waiting for a long time. After 30 minutes of waiting (and it was only one customer at that time that was being served), I decided to go from one end of the store to the other end to find 3 customers waiting!!

I initially went to check out some clothes. However, i ended up seeing some really cute Guess shoes, that i couldn't find in my size. The selection of both clothing and shoes at Macy's has always been very, very extensive. I have never entered a Macy's store and left without purchasing numerous items. Absolutely LOVE going shopping here for literally anything/everything. And the prices are super affordable for nearly any budget. Definitely recommend shopping here.
