Loved them until the bank they use Comenity closed my credit card account with them over not using the card enough. Didn't owe them a penny! Legit closed my account because I didn't use the card enough ridiculous I didn't know I was supposed to max it out every month to keep the card open! Shame

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a few pairs of earrings and when I attempted to return them I was told I couldn't because it was final sale on earrings. I indicated how would I know that was their policy. The cashier stated it is on the receipt, and cashiers are required to inform customers before finalizing purchases. I stated I was not informed. The manager stated, "I don't believe you"! I was shocked that she accused me of lying. Then she tells me, "Have a blessed day". I told her that her god was not my god, especially after accusing me of lying. I had also stated I would bring my friend (witness) to confirm I was not informed of their policy. Another manager stated, "It wouldn't matter if you did." A third manager indicated that the receipt states their return policy. However, I stated the customer would not be aware of it until the purchase had been complete, which would be too late. Would that be considered, "ENTRAPMENT"? In the end I had three managers, including a young customer that was standing cursing at me, invading my space, pointing her finger at me. If that wasn't bad enough, the manager called security to escort me out the door. Question: Why wasn't the person who was harassing me being escorted?

Not too bad. Definitely a store for tweens and cute outfits for high schoolers. Pretty well maintained if you don't go on the weekends
