The store Manager ADRIANA , was very rude about an order that was accidentally shipped to their store, but yet RECEIVED AND SIGNED OFF ON. Said I couldn’t pick it up because it wasn’t allowed, I called customer service and even they were questioning why I couldn’t just pick up my package there. she kept BLAMING ME saying I did it on purpose! If you don’t allow CUSTOMER packages to be DELIVERED AT YOUR STORE , maybe do your job better and actually look at what your signing off on! That just proves that you don’t even bother looking at the shipping label! F this store and all their rude employees! The reason why I prefer ONLINE SHOPPING! No customer service whatsoever

Love Express, I'm a super lean guy, 5'9" 145lbs but I lift so slacks that fit well are hard to find. Express has a variety of fits that make getting pants that you want to fit well, possible. They also have coupons and what not to save you money. It's always good to hit the sales and do online shopping. I picked up 4 pairs of slacks for under $100 bucks which is pretty insane unless you're hitting the discount stores like Ross or Marshall's where you have to fish for clothing. Customer service is always first rate and the ladies are genuinely helpful at this store. New arrivals for spring are in and they have sales on that stuff too! Satisfied with my purchases.
