Brent VillaLobos has the correct answer. You can buy a Golden Bear annual pass; it's $20 for seniors, more for younger people. That pass is NOT good from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The full annual pass costs about $135, I think.
I haven't been so I wouldn't know. Just did research and wasn't to go.
