Hello, we do take owner surrenders based on a variety of criteria including if we have space available. All animals are required to be up to date on their vaccinations and there is an owner surrender fee that differs based on if the animal is already spayed/neutered. The Upland Animal Shelter is an awesome shelter and take great care of the animals and get a lot of visits from people searching for a new friend.
