Do not post on Craigslist. Criminals are very savvy at sending their sweet grandma to adopt. If you are 100% aware of the screening process that a 501c3 Rescuer goes through when adopting a pet, then imitate these standards otherwise find a rescuer that will work at handling the adoption while you continue to “foster” the dog until it is adopted. Work together with a rescue, maybe a breed specific rescue, until your dog is safely adopted, then ask for follow up photos of the family who wants to love the dog as much as you do. Best wishes.
