Customer service is terrible I called multiple times and left voicemails to book the venue and got a returned call about 2 weeks later. I still booked the venue and the employees were 10 minutes late to open the door, then proceeded to tell me I was not allowed in the party room. (I booked a private event which I was told included both party rooms) The gentlemen still hesitated to open the door. Which postponed me another 10 minutes. Then told me he was “finna bounce and whoever the hell you have coming give them a wrist band to get skates”. I tried calling the day after my event to discuss the employees attitude and they did not return my call/voicemail. Bathrooms were also not cleaned.

Not impressed.this place has gone down hill. Last weekend my 4 year old got cut on their stage. Jagged deep cut that led to an ER visit for stitches. Today she wanted to go back for day time skating, we weren’t there for even 20 minutes before a teenager plowed into us. Knocking her on the ground and messing up my ankle. We left. Her back hurts and I’m limping.

I broke my leg and it sucked and their music threw me off. Like why are you playing Taylor swift while riding death machines. All I heard was, “my best friend got a new boyfriend she said omg, I’m just gonna shake” as I was falling down.
