Do Macy's in downtown Los Angeles sell air fryers (such as the Philips brand)?

Yes they do. There home store is on lower level. The escalator inside Macy's will take you straight into the Home store. The elevator from parking structure takes you down to bottom floor, it leaves your right outside their Home Store's main entrance to your right.

Yes. They sell very nice friers.

I didn't see them, but like all Macy's, they can order what you need of they don't have it. Then you can pick-up in store, or have the item sent to you.
