Bloomingdales in Century City Is super convenient with its in-store elevator access from P1 and P2. I was able to park, exchange an item, pick up a hostess-gift and be on my way in 15 minutes! Unheard of, right?! Stellar Customer Service as well.

This is specially for the Dior beauty counter located on the 1st level of this Bloomingdales. There were two consultants working at this counter chatting with 1 client. Instead of welcoming me to the counter, I was ignored by both. This is terrible customer service. And instead of asking me what I was looking for one of the consultants coldly said if you’re looking for that ‘we don’t have any’. Instead of assuming, she could have made me feel welcome to look at products. I just left and ended up spending my money at Sephora instead. (At least the customer service is great and they make you feel welcome at Sephora)

Marcy was absolutely amazing! I was having an issue with a order I placed in store that was lost in the mail and she was the first person to actually try to help me track down the status of my order and resolve the issue. After to speaking to 2 different sales reps and 2 other managers Over a 2 week span Marcy was the first person to sit down and resolve my issue in one day. She also apologized that it has gotten so far even though it wasn’t even her fault! Bloomingdale’s almost lost a customer but thankfully Marcy was a rockstar and helped me. I tried to get some sort of corporate information to make sure I give her a good review there but no luck! Nonetheless thank you for great service Marcy!
