Asos/Nordstrom at The Grove has great clothes but HORRIBLE service. My daughter and I weren't greeted upon entering the store, no one came over to offer assistance with shoes as I tried them on and two sales reps stood there and watched as my 4'11" self struggled to get a dress hanging at the top of the wall. So we just left. Nordstrom needs to retrain their associates on service excellence. Not a good first impression at all!

Employees at this Nordstrom location are SOOOO helpful. Linda was especially helpful. Although she works in men’s clothing, she was willing to help each family member in my VERY large family. She was friendly, polite and was an overall interesting, funny person. Linda deserves a raise. We absolutely love the employees here. Jemal helped us with our Nordstrom’s card at checkout. He’s brilliant and is extremely good at his job because he came up with great solutions. Our experience here was a 10/10.

I enjoy shopping at Nordstroms. The sales person in women's lingerie & Hosiery was nice & helpful. I was not able to purchase the Hosiery I came for because the color S6 was not available.

Nordstrom’s at the Grove is extremely clean, always a fair amount of people there, staff is friendly and helpful and not snooty! They have everything you need to look dazzling and sharp on your next night on the town. They carry shoes, clothes, cold weather garments, jewelry and perfume. They have very nice bathrooms. Bathrooms there are top notch and always in order. Toilets flush in 5 seconds, never out of anything, those fancy mirrors with the direct light that give you the confidence you deserve. That being said most of the products they carry are extremely expensive but you know these things will last.
