The worst experience ever. The store was almost empty at 8 pm. The staff gathered in groups doing nothing. The fitting room two staff members chatting. When asked to use the fitting room, I was told that the room closes two hours before the store closes, but didn’t know the reason why. The other one said, the floors need to be cleaned two hours before the store closes. I was sent to the “guest service” where I was told that “because of COVID the fitting rooms have to be closed 2 hours before” despite the fact that they had no customers around. I was told to call the customer service number b/c the manager comes to store only 2-3 times per week. After calling the customer 800 number, I was told that there was nothing she could do other than filing a report but didn’t know how long would that take. When asked for her permission to record the conversation she (Maddi) told me not to. The staff (Kayla and others) was arrogant and disrespectful. Absolutely not eager to assist, and told me that if I was not happy I should leave, which I did. I was disgusted with the service. Not going back ever again. As I was leaving, I was requested to pay $40 parking for being there for just over an hour. That was the last thing I needed after the fitting-room hassle 😫👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I just purchased a lot of stuff at a great price. I was finally able to find a trash can that fits my kitchen, not too big not too small, easy to find trash bag for. I got some stuff for my baby at a decent price, generally speaking Target’s clothings have good quality, they are not super fancy but compare to the price you’ll get a decent quality of the clothing. I also got a small vacuum cleaner ( looked everywhere for something at a good price but there are some items that can only be found at Target) They also have a wide variety of vacuum cleaners to choose from. The parking is free IF you validate your ticket and no one tells you that you need to validate your ticket.

UPDATE: DO NOT COME HERE FOR ONLINE ORDER PICK UP. NO SEPARATE LINE FOR PICK UP MEANS YOU WAIT IN THE RETURNS LINE... I HAD TO WAIT WHILE 1 WOMAN SLOWLY PROCESSED 10+ ITEM RETURNS. and when I asked about pick ups she doesn't bother calling for help. Had to wait for another returns customer and ask multiple times before someone helped me with a simple pick up order. convenient but because this is a "city" target... prices are approximately 20% higher than normal target stores.
