I was there last weekend and it seemed really lonely and depressing, a couple of sad dog's and some cat's didn't see anyone interacting with them I don't see why it should be problem other than for insurance purposes. But if you are able to interact with the animals message me.
That's what I did for months. I would spend hours there on my days off, and would stop in before work. I would go from cage to cage talking to all those beautiful babies. I was told to stop touching them, even though at this point all the dogs knew me and got so excited to see me. The supervisor by the name of Stacey has been so rude to me, and I just found out recently to others also, kicked me out, and told me never to return because I touch the dogs. I don't do anything differently from any other person who goes in there. Also, I was devastated over the fact that everytime I would go in, i was told another dog was put down. They put down a ten month old puppy because they did she was toy aggressive. Her name was Isabel. It's a kill shelter. They don't work with any of their dogs with behavioral problems. They find it easier to kill them. I already reported this horrible woman to the city of Burbank.
Will animal control come out at night to pick up a cat in heat next door ?
Just tell them if it is ok
