Sensational Staff that is very knowledgeable about the products, lots of one on one attention with employees that listen to what your goals and needs are. There's a good selection of products and my interactions with Joshua were great! Thanks so much for getting me into a great pair of On's.

Helpful, knowledgeable employees, ready to assist without any judgment 😊 I've visited quite a few specialty shops that are frequented by seasoned veterans of that sport/niche, and unfortunately the staff tends to give off an arrogant - if not elitist - vibe. All the staff I've interacted with here are super welcoming and warm - regardless if you've been running for years or are planning on starting tomorrow. Although I've been loyal to RoadRunner for 11 or so years, this store actually makes me want to come back for more gear...and not just when my insoles or shoes are worn out!

Not only do they have any shoe on the market that I was interested in, but your staff (especially Ella since she assisted us) was so friendly and welcoming. Ella has amazing product knowledge and was able to get both myself and my partner into a pair of Hokas for me be and a pair of Brooks for him that we both now love! Will definitely be back again.

World class customer service by Bailey. Super patient, attentive, caring, not pushy at all, helped take my feet specifications so I can figure out what kind of shoes to buy. WAY more helpful than going to REI or other sporting goods stores Highly recommend going.

Hi Daniel, we carry over the counter insoles from Superfeet and other brands geared towards helping with Plantar, we also make custom 3d printed insoles from Superfeet utalizing our 3d scanner. These insoles can help but generally the treatment for Plantar Fasciitis will use insoles and other treatments together to get it under control. We are happy to discuss more what other products could be helpful in treating it as well.
Prices are in line with everyone else's but the big difference is in the store they literally help figure out what shoe is right for your foot... The way you walk, and the activity... The staff is seriously the best one experienced.. Also over a certain amount you get a reward which you can use toward another purchase...top notch there..
They are very safe and cautious. I visited two weeks ago to purchase shoes and was asked to wait outside since they already had two customers in the store being fit. They require masks. The staff wore masks and is there to assist but is no longer hands on for fitting. They are still very attentive and helpful.
