Why do you say there is no camping when they show lots of photos of people camping, and they call themselves "Camping ground" ? You mean it doesn't have the amenities you want in a campground, like toilet, running water, tables ... ??
No it's not free but there is indeed camping during the summer season from about June through the end of September
