There's always been a police speed test here. It's easy to exceed 15mph Everybody be careful. Moreover, camping here is not comfortable. There is no electricity or water in the camp, only water in the toilet, which is very dirty.

Drove by and it looks really terrible! RVs crammed together (like sliced bread! shoulder to shoulder!) no privacy, your camping neighbors are as close to you as if you were in a parking lot!! How did anybody give this more than 1 star?

It would be tolerable if not for the 250,000 +- four ton SUV's & trucks roaring 20 feet away at 80 MPH ..... You have to be really "relaxed" or wear Navy aircraft carrier ear muffs to get some sleep here... but the view is very nice and I like how the fish glow in the dark at night...

San Onofre state campground. Dry camping, long steep hike to beach. Surfer beach, not as crowded as other nearby beaches.
