They have wet suits but you should wear a swimsuit under it. They have a locker room to shower in and change. No shampoo or soap. I would also recommend booking the experience beforehand.
Yes you can, especially since so many of the attractions expose guests to water, it is probably a good idea. Will also dry faster than regular clothes.
