Things that were good: -They were courteous -We learned something Reasons for 2-star review: -Reservation process is poor. They force you to first pay for the class on their website and then after you prove you've already paid, they begin discussing reserving a specific time slot. If your schedule isn't full of free time or you're only in the area for 1-2 days, this could end in a major headache. They're also not very responsive via messaging, so it took me about 36 hours after booking to finally get a scheduled time, but it wasn't a time that worked well for our schedule and we had to adjust our plans. -Our instructor only spoke Spanish and we weren't previously informed of this. Neither of us speak Spanish and all our coordinations with the company had been in English via WhatsApp. When we spoke with the front desk staff after the class and cited the language barrier being an issue, they mentioned that in the future, we should request an English speaking instructor (which wouldn't be something one would expect they had to do in advance). I know it's Miami, but you'd think they'd ask us via WhatsApp if Spanish-only instructor was okay. -It wasn't a well-oiled operation. After starting late, we burned about 20 minutes of our session getting our equipment picked out, organized, and carried to the beach. Then at the beach, we spent a decent amount of time going over how to set everything up. We really just wanted a 2-hour kitesurfing experience for tourists with maximum time spent in the water trying to kitesurf, not a technical class about the equipment in a foreign language. -We then spent an hour just practicing using the kite on the beach. The instructor was able to communicate to us through hand signals and the rudimentary Spanglish we'd been using that the wind wasn't strong enough to go in the water, so we just ended the session. I got a "used car salesman" vibe from this company. It'd have been nice to be informed the conditions weren't adequate to get in the water earlier in the day so we could have rescheduled. Seems like they just wanted the money and didn't care about our experience.

It was a real surprise to see what the park has to offer. Very nice and I encourage people to visit it.

I learned to foil with the owner who is great. I came back to rent equipment: not in great shape and the staff was very unfriendly

Great and fun people, beautiful place. Is like to learn in a big pool. For far the best place in Miami to learn how to kite.
