Sadly to say we went last yr it was terrible with our family on spring break every food shop was. Closed the one we did finnally find was open was dirty no help waited 25cmin for our small meal no my grandson is here in florida and wants to go Miami seaquarium .husband and I have our yearly pass's never would of bought them if we new . Just upset we are going today and wondering if he will be disappointed. SORRY I POSTED THIS BUT HAD TO GET IT OFF MY CHEST
Miami has good public transportation. A bus goes by the Seaquarium for $2.25, or all day pass for $7.
Parking is $10
I'm an Army Vet, so I went with a group of Vets, I don't know the cost of parking, I and some of the other guys brought food in our back packs, no know stopped us from eating our food, ( there are places to buy food there), so my answer to your question about bringing your own food is "yes".
