All the food is top shelf, mainly from trader Joe's. And you can volunteer there for 2 1/2 hours and get a bag of groceries. So you could donate 7 hours week and have plenty of food.😋

Not the first time. You need to show up any day at noon the first time. They will tell you what time you can shop that day, then you will get an appt each month after that. Be prepared to wait around on your first visit
