It's a fun place to go for a first date, there is a wait for food, so you can visit and have a drink while you wait. food is really worth the wait.

Good idea, but it does get loud. If you can't hear each other, there are bigger bars within walking distance that may be quieter, like Holman's.
Yes its a good place for a date. There is a chance you will have to share your table with other people though as they have limited seating. Try and get one of the high top tables if you want to me more one on one.
I'd say so. It's going to take more time for the food to be made so have something to talk about. Beer is good too so try not to have too much.
