Super happy with our purchase and our expectation were definitely exceeded. We actually drove up from Medford to purchase a new vehicle for our daughter. Our sales person, Leo worked with us for several months while we waited for the vehicle to arrive. From the first call he was very attentive to what we wanted and worked with us to make sure everything was ready when the car arrived. When we arrived everything was exactly as we were told. Again Leo was great, and the whole team, including the sales manager were wonderful. Again everything predetermined was exactly as discussed. No surprises and we were in and out rather quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their team to anyone looking to buy/lease/trade.

This location and its staff have taken such good care of me since Day One! I love my 2022 Jeep Compass! The staff are always super accommodating, super sweet to both me and my dog that I always bring with and I always have an all around a really great experience. I found the car I was interested in on their website. Called and set up a time to come check it out that day. I was greeted by Larry Porter who had the car up front ready to check out. He was friendly, informative and didn't pressure me. Once I decided I wanted to bring it home he worked very hard to get me a good deal on the car with terms to fit my budget. Because the car had just been brought in it hadn't been detailed or inspected so he made sure everything was cleaned and in working order before I took it home later that week. He kept me up to date on the process while I waited, even set up new tires and an almost full tank of gas! I was happy with the process from start to finish and highly recommend checking out Lithia of Portland.
