Is it standard to allow employees to verbally attack customers and a manager Robin for that matter ? I mean it is documented Does corporate know you allow her to work there still MICK,? I doubt it

I haven't seen or heard this, but if this is happening, I can almost guarantee that the individual would be disciplined appropriately. I have been shopping here for over 20 years, and have never felt that any employee treated me inappropriately. So sorry that this happened to you.
