Terrible customer service. The lady who answered the phone when I called said they closed at 9 but we needed to be there before 8 if we wanted fitted. Went in at 645 and getting “fitted” took 15 seconds. Was told a jacket size and then pointed to a very limited selection of suits. No other help really. I was expecting a little more guidance. Like what size undershirt was needed, where were the fitting rooms to try everything on? We ended up at a department store and got terrific customer service with a great price. I will never go here again.

Men’s Wearhouse is the worst place to be fitted for suits in the entirety of Eugene. I’m 5’ 11” 145 lbs. I was given an XS shirt to be fitted with. (I was also mocked for being “so thin” and hard to fit. I’m not at all underweight.) As a result, it obviously didn’t fit. When I explained that there was no way I could wear an XS shirt for my wedding, I was ignored. The two individuals fitting myself and my groomsmen fought with each other the entire time about sizing. It took us more than two hours to be sized all while these two were about to tear each other’s heads off. The worst part about the entirety of this location is the extremely rude and demeaning, burly employee with curly hair and brown eyes that usually works the front desk. When my groomsmen and I came in, I asked him where we should go for our scheduled appointment, politely. He looked at us like we were idiots and told us to wait in line like everyone else and scoffed. We were right on time for our appointment that was scheduled weeks in advance. About a minute later while we were waiting in line we did get help from someone who understood the concept of an appointment. Picking up suits was about the same experience. Anywhere is better than this Men’s Wearhouse. It’s not worth being treated like garbage just for some low quality suit rentals that fit poorly and come wrinkled.

I came in about a month ago to rent a specific suit for my brother's wedding. After waiting for about 15 minutes in a nearly empty store without being greeted, an employee finally asked me what I was looking for. I explained that I was hoping to rent a suit for a wedding about a month away. It needed to be as specific suit to match the rest of the groomsmen. Before I could show her the suit, she pointed out a blue suit and a gray tux and said that they were the only rentals available--not just in that location, but in the whole company. She told me that none of their competitors were renting out suits, either, and that there was absolutely nothing I could do except cross my fingers and check back in June (I leave for the wedding on June 10th). I told the wedding party the bad news only to hear that everyone else had gotten measured and ordered their suits at other MW locations with no problems. One of them had done so shortly after I was told that I was out of luck. After a day of stressing out over alternatives, I went online and ordered the suit rental from MW with no issue. My visit to pick up the suit was fine. I did have to wait a bit, and several employees walked past me without saying anything, but it was otherwise a normal experience. It was strange to be told that there was absolutely no way for me to place a rental order, only to do it myself with no issue. Since no one else in the wedding party had trouble at other locations, it really undermined my confidence in the location. As a result, I decided to measure myself instead of going in for measurements, and I chose to buy a dress shirt elsewhere instead of rolling the dice at MW.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. My son had a dance Friday and we came in after shopping at jc penny and macys and not able to find anything. We walked in and it wasn’t that busy, we weren’t greeted or asked if we needed help. After walking around looking lost I asked a man what suits were for sale and he pointed me to the other side of the store. Him and another employee were helping the same customer and not offering us any help. We struggled to find a suit for about a hour. Once we were ready to check out we stood at the register waiting for someone for at least 5 minutes until my wife went and asked if we could get checked out. The check out was awkward silence and didn’t get a thank you or anything. I mean the entire experience was absolutely terrible. We did a good job though considering we did it alone and had no idea what we were doing, thanks mens warehouse!
