Very beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Lisa is amazing, such a well-rounded therapist. She has so many skills and techniques. I always feel so relaxed after our sessions.

Not only does Lisa have extensive training & experience in barefoot & thai massage, but she also has a lot of compassion and intuition. I typically prefer deep tissue massage, so the way Lisa can control & use her feet to drop deeper into the muscle is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. We have worked out a lot of upper shoulder tension, so now she’s been delving deeper into the muscle layers. Highly recommended!

As a first time client Lisa makes you feel very comfortable. Lisa takes the time to find out your history of injuries, past experience with massage and what areas you would like her to focus on. Lisa is able to apply more intense pressure on troubling body parts with her feet, or less depending on need ( always communicating for your comfort). The end massage results are amazing. Thank you Lisa-I will be back!!

Hands down the best massage I have ever had. Lisa is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She also has helped my range of motion in both shoulder which in the past I've had all kinds of problems with.

Does my massage have to be really deep, or can I get lighter pressure with this style?

The range of pressure is very customizable to each person's unique needs, preferences, and goals, which are established through communication before and/or during your session.

I'm only interested in massage on one or two areas. Do I have to get a full body massage or can you just focus on a couple spots that are causing me a lot of pain?

Everybody is in complete control of their bodywork. Your session will be exactly what you want it to be, even if that means only addressing one or two areas.

Miners are certainly welcome to receive bodywork at FMB, as long as the parent or guardian signs off on it, and is present for the duration of the session.
