I got lash extensions done by Ally and they turned out SO beautiful! Definitely gave me the lil boost of confidence I needed while going into winter without the hassle of doing makeup everyday! They lasted even longer than I expected and she gave me all the information I needed to keep them healthy and looking beautiful. Great service done by Ally, and a really comfy environment too! Definitely plan on coming back to see y’all :)

I have gotten waxed and gotten my lashes done (both classics and volume) by Ally each time and I am so thrilled every time I leave the salon! She is amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for either a wax or lash related anything. She uses sugar wax which makes me feel better because it’s environmentally friendly, made with organic materials and water soluble! She is so easy to talk to as well, so it always makes every appointment fun!

I apologize that I put a 1-Star rating, without at least a sentence or two on WHY I left that review. I'm sure I would've loved this place, had they given me a chance to come in. Please, read about my experience below 🔻. 🔻. 🔻. 🔻. 🔻 I was so excited when I did my budget & saw I had enough to do my lashes, something I have always wanted to do. I make an appointment online through Lash Envy's website. Put in my debit card cuz I figured that was just to make sure the card was active, so people don't waste your company's time. I couldn't find anywhere in the website that said some policy or reason. And, because I had never done this before. I tried calling the salon, a few different times actually. I realize omg, I don't have enough now to do this because something else came up. I went to the confirmation email and cancelled the appointment. Clearly, you're not allowed to cancel an appointment with them (no charge) unless it's 5 or so days advance notice. . . I don't know about you, the public. . . But I DO KNOW that a lot of people, can't afford that. So, occasionally you are going to get customers who don't know a week in advance that they can't do it. And, those people (like me) surely can't afford to pay 25% or whatever the amount was of the cost had the lakes been done. If they could, they wouldn't of cancelled the appointment! Also, if Lash Envy's new customers do what I did. . . They literally block you from EVER coming back to their salon. That's why I left a review, why you don't see me on the books AND I sincerely hope someone like me, many people that are in the same boat as I, read this review before going in. There are plenty of places that do just as nice, sometimes even cheaper and don't ban you from coming back. . .If something comes up and you have to cancel your appointment.

Ally did my lashes at Lash Envy and they were beautiful! The prices are great and the environment was so comfortable, couldn’t help but fall asleep from how cozy it was. Will definitely be getting my lashes done here every time!
