Actually you can carry in any state park you just cannot discharge the firearm without cause unless there is designated place to shoot. WAC 352-32-120 Agency filings affecting this section Firearms. (1) No person shall discharge or propel across, in, or into any upland state park area as defined in WAC 352-32-010 a firearm, except where the commission for good cause has authorized a special recreational activity upon finding that it is not inconsistent with state park use. Any violation of this section is a gross misdemeanor.
Not legal, but i carry anyways.
In the STATE of Washington It is LEGAL To carry a firearm on any state land. I camp here all the time and the forest ranger on site informed me it was legal to carry as well. Shooting in only self defense situations. If unsure of self defense Google the meaning of it. EDIT: What are you all talking about?????? It is completely legal to carry and i have had LAW ENFORCMENT tell me it is completely legal... please stop answering questions you have no clue the answer to. Thanks.
