Exactly what we needed for house hunting. Well kept outside features. In building laundry. Quite and in a residential neighborhood, but close to the highway. Landlord very accommodating to meet your stay needs. Apartments are fully furnished, with air-conditioner and WI-fi that works better than most motels we've been in.

We had a wonderful stay. Yes they have monthly rates, but goes month to month. No lease. You should contact him directly.
