Adriana Robles continues to harras me about a tour. I have never given them my information to begin with. I dont understand why no doesn't mean no to these people. I wish I could take them to court for harassment

I am absolutely tired of how disrespectful this location is. I can hear their rooftop parties all night long, and I live A BLOCK AWAY. I stopped by and spoke to the receptionist who told me there was nothing he could do despite many complaints. I have called the police 3 times and will continue to do it. I can only hope the police is actually doing something about it.

I arrived at 9 AM on a Saturday Morning, to begin a 3 month Live / Work lease, arranged by a 3rd party Corporate Housing broker. Due to a lag in communication (No one's fault) my expected unit was not available. I was a bit cranky after a red eye, and less than my normally affable self. The extremely capable Courtesy Patrol Team, helped where possible. The front desk member made me a cup of Starbucks coffee, while he got the On-call Manager to assist. The Properties' Entertainment Director Hannah, got called in to help with the situation and had me checked in to a unit well before standard check-in time. Hannah went on to host two lavish parties over the next 48 hours without ever losing her smile or breaking stride. Monday morning, I went to the front desk and discussed the situation with Ria. She immediately extended a warm welcome, arranged a tour of the property, and started coordinating a solution to the miscommunication. Including working with my third party broker, to arrange a new unit. The Facilities team responded within hours to remove excess furniture, and make sure my unit was set up with exactly what I needed. I haven't personally met the all of the Leadership team yet, but the property speaks for how much they care about the guests. Will always recommend hands down.

I currently live in Atlanta and will be relocating in May to LA. I found Fell in love with the apartment, completed availability request was contacted by Andrea immediately. We had a virtual tour with filled out application. Had zoom call scheduled with general manager and then got my approval, signed my lease and I'm all set for move in o MAY 1ST! ANDREA IS THE BEST!!!! She answered all of my concerns and questions. Very accommodating. I can't wait to move!

There is not a continental breakfast included with your stay, but this building is attached to a cafe with many breakfast options.
