Went in to inquire about purchasing a large Amount of painting supplies. Called back the next day with a follow up question and was not only told that "flat and semi- gloss paint is basically the same" but was rudely hung up on. Will make sure to try to stop people from going in everyday as I go back and forth to work. I would love to see them be rude in person.

Not very user friendly. The mere fact that returnes or exchanges are not honored at this day in age is extreme poor customer service. Any business should clearly understand the economic support the people of the community provides them helping them stay active. If flexibility to the public’s needs cannot be provided, there is no hope for success. My condolences to this business for poor judgement with how to manage a business.

Horrid customer service for anyone who does not clearly present themselves as Spanish speaking/Latina. I in fact do speak Spanish but do not present as such and should not have to to be assisted. Overpriced—and won’t accept returns even when given the wrong information on product. The energy in there is misogynist and just off. I guess no one gets paid enough or hates the job. In this economy as it stands, get over yourself and be grateful you have one. Will not be returning. Take the trip to Home Depot guys.
