They are your records. Just call the facility and ask for a copy of your records file. Offer to pay for the copies(it may be required to do so anyway) show respect at all times. If you don't like the answer you receive, don't lose your temper, Maintain your composure, no cussing. Just say "thank you" and hang up. Find out who supervised them. Then call them and request a copy of your file, politely. If you must, continue up the ranks until you succeed. I recommend recording the conversations if possible. You may need that info later and always take notes. Write down who you talk to and what they say. It's important so you have the instructions to go by. You won't remember so take notes, always.
