They like to repeat, over and over, that they are the 19th largest residential construction supplier in the US. As if the fact alone obligates the hearing party patronize this company. A word to management, so what, nobody cares! I would be so much more impressed if you lowered your prices. The best customer service IN THE WORLD is meaningless if your products cost twice as much as the competition.

Danielle has been so easy to work with and won my business with her quick and knowledgeable responses. The drivers attention to detail, accomodations,and positive attiudes have kept me coming back. The piggyback forklift system has saved me hours in labor by being able to get in and out of tight spots, including my shop. I'm sending all my jobs to these guys and gals, moving forward!

I brought them In a drawing of a deck that I want to build at first the guy did not want to help me at all until I had my own parts list. Then I said never mind I would go elsewhere he then said he would work on the parts list and get back to me. A week later nothing so i went to Jerrys and had the list and prices in a few hours. I guess a 5,000 dollar project is too small for their effort. I will not return

No brainer. This is my new lumber yard! I heard they are now open to the public so I went in a couple weeks ago after pricing my need for building a patio cover at the orange and blue box stores and that local guys yard. They took my list and their cost was 60% less, including delivery. Not only that but they pulled the lumber and delivered. 10am the next morning my lumber arrived better than I could pick myself. Better than I could have picked myself, didnt have to load my truck with 4 feet of wood sticking out the back and better lumber than those other guys even carry for 60% less cost. Thanks!!
