Don't even bother I have literally been trying to reach ANYONE to inquire about leasing for over two months they never answer the phone, don't return calls after voicemails are left, do not respond to emails , and I even went to their Facebook page and reached out to see if anyone is available. OH AND THIER LEASING OFFICE IS CLOSED AND U CAN ONLY ENTER IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET. If I were any of you I would run for the hills! Imagine if there were a maintenance emergency

This is my 3rd year here... not bad at all

Over all i believe the affordable price is great however as crime rate in this comunity goes up so has rent and the over all safety of these homes is sub par at best. Unit came with all new appliances however no washer or dryer and the laundry room at least in the 3br is flawed at best. Land lords lack sense of urgency as ive went several months without power in more than half of my house and all solutions had to come out of my own pocket.in conclusion the only plus is the cost i no longer feel the price i pay is worth the risk of living in these conditions both in the home or surrounding city as chesterfields police department has failed to apprehend a shooter, a stabber, or any of the violent children jumping and injuring people, all those events in witch happened on Rutherford circle surrounding the main office building apply at your own risk.

This is not the same place it was when I first moved in nor is it the same place I wanted to live 8 years ago. They change management quite a bit and they are unprofessional and very unfriendly. I can't wait to move out as it is definitely not the place to be. I won't go any further but in my opinion it has really gone down. My lease is up and I will be moving out soon so disappointed in this property and the management company that runs it.

Yes
Depends on a few different things. Call office and get more info.
Yes however be warned i cuently live here and within the past year on the one street there has been a stabbing, my own friend was jumped on my doorstep, a 27year old man was shot and the shooter is still out there unless they picked him up tonight because almost every chesterfield cop was here tonight over a large fight amongst these ghetto children. Is low income housing really worth the risk?

No we are supposed to make a certain amount but they claim they are low income. For most people disability pays a little over $800 a month. How is this low income again. You can not even afford a 2 bedroom and live comfortly here if your on disability. If you budget and on disability you will see this is not a option to make. you have to be able to afford the utilities along with other fees let alone can not afford the rent the government issues you. it's not included. They do accept Section 8 but not everyone on disability collects section 8. Due to the area its in. Next to a trailer park with alot of ignorant parents, kids, and crime these prices are way too high. Be smarter and budget yourself to somewhere else if they don't make adjustments
Depends on which floor plan. I pay $1067 for a 4 bed but I also have a dog
