Waited an hour for my pickup to be ready and then called to check on it because I needed to be somewhere with my daughter. Associate JESSICA seemed to blow their breath and rudely put me on hold with no details for 15mins then phone hung up. Called back immediately to same extension, no answer. Forced to now drive in and see about my pickup order I placed over an hour ago. I would have shopped in store if I knew it would take so long. Also when coming in person and talking to manager Jessica persisted to have an attitude and not even apologize! I make online orders because it’s hard to shop in person because my daughter is sir Ian needs I also ne tones this when I sane in still not apology.
