Didn’t make the drinks and bagels correct. Didn’t give us straws. Didn’t tell us when drinks were ready. Didn’t cut the bagel in half (right 1/3, only cut the top bagel not all the way through). Lots of staff but they are very confused what they should all be doing.

Ive never seen corperate screw something up so bad, but getting rid of your old amazing bagel sandwiches and replacing them with absolute garbage was a huge disappointment. You've just lost a customer until you bring back the chorizo sunrise and farmhouse sandwiches. Not locations fault, coffee was good just dont get any of the subpar food items.

They have removed 95% of all of their bagels. The only ones they have are Everything, Chocolate chip, Plain, and cinnamon sugar. It is digracful. They've completely changed their bagels. You can't order any specific sandwiches aside from their set menu, no changes or substitutions. Caribou coffee SO much better than Starbucks and now ..at many locations. ..you can also ge Einstein Bagels! Which are REAL bagels. .not like those hockey picks served by Brueggers! Bagels are supposed to have some chewy give to them ..I dunno what Brueg. is do Inc wrong..but you could hurt yourself! What a perfect marriage . Caribou & Einsteins! DE-lightful!
originally started by MN owners, they are now part of an umbrella of companies part of which is Peet's coffee (in certain markets) Caribou coffee (in certain markets and internationally), Brugger's Bagels, and Einstein bagels. One of Caribou's newer concepts is the coffee and bagels stores, it brings some of the products together (crossover), and leverages a bigger buying power and supply chain. They are keeping it a local feel because that was a big part of the success and business model. They are smart to keep it that way, as it is a fun place to be. They are managed locally, and I think they have done a great job of preserving the integrity of 'the local shop's, hope this helps!
