I eat there all the time. I have never experienced rude service. I have been there once early morning when they should have been open but were not. I am not sure why they were closed. It very well could be a management problem.
Poorly managed and they also have very rude help. Also a sign of very poor management.
Did they give a reason? Possibly they were closed for cleaning or maybe winter hours and they haven't updated? I've run into that at a couple places though that was EOD.
