One of the best places for a short walk/hike & swimming in the summer! Views on different parts of the trails are just amazing!

We walked this hike many times when I was a child and went swimming too. Was so fun bringing my children back here now that I’m older. Expect a lot of up and down. On your own can probably easily finish the hike in an hour, but with children and photo stops expect to spend two hours.

We loved this area. We parked, hiked Tubbs Hill, walked the longest floating boardwalk, and then explored the downtown area. Spent about 3 hours total, but you could spend a lot more.

Cool hill with a view of the lake. Moderate hike but when we went it was muddy/icy due to some strangely warm mid winter weather. I would recommend boots with good traction or even a pair of yaktracks if you are going nov-march.

Technically dogs do have to be on a leash, but I've let my dog off of the leash on Tubbs! Lol
The park yes ... Trails no!
The trail is free but the parking right next to it is paid and it is card only.
Fairly short, half mile perhaps. Easy walking for most.
