The trail itself no but yes they have areas on both sides of tubbs that can accommodate that large amount of people
The park itself could work....there is a pavilion that I believe can be reserved. CDA park and services is who you should contact.
Actually It would be perfect if you could get them to the big beach by boat. Sounds fun to me

Totally! The Pavillion is awesome but it does have to be reserved if you want to use it exclusively!
