No, too many boulders and uneven surfaces. Most lake access is a steep downhill trail. Not recommended for small kids or elderly

No, parts of the trail are rocky and would be very difficult to push a stroller over.. The east side entrance could be navigated for possible 3/4 of a mile with a stroller.

I've seen people do that, but easy is not what I'd call it myself. Possible yes, easy depends on you and the stroller in question.
