This is owned an operated by a cute older local husband and wife. He reminds me of a sarcastic grandpa, and she's super sweet too. They could be more efficiant, but I personally would rather work with real people than fake corporate America sale people anyway. We emailed and were able to purchase a shed. They have to work with a specific rent to own company which is slow, but out of their hands. Shed is great! We bought a 10x12 utility shed.

My parents and sister have bought several sheds from these folk, so I had to get one myself. We all love them! We've always had really good experiances with the owners and the deliverer. I'm thinking of getting a large, cabin-like one to use as my office.

Not sure on built on site. Give Pat a call, she is super nice and helpful. I bought a 12x36 playhouse with a few add-ons and it took about 10 days. Bit keep in mind my shed eas delivered to the south end of Fresno, CA and it was built in Merced as there was no local shop in Fresno. Been super pleased with my shed. Sorry i couldn't help with the question pertaining to built on site but to give Pat a call or email her.
16x40 and it's a basic shell.
