No that is something stated in the sites online website. There are no skate aids for beginners, only for disabled persons. Helmets are free and there is a beginner circle that's easy to learn in. The Ice monitors are also super helpful. They will also come if you fall and need up. Lastly there is free skating lessons on Saturday and Sunday 11am-1pm. So that could help!
The real answer is sometimes, the problem is that they often get broken, but the ones we got last year are fairly sturdy and should be good
