Smart park. are the cheapest downtown World Trade Center parking right off of NATO is the closest to Salmon Springs to pick up the Portland Spirit

Any parking lot down town or there is parking at Rose Festival office. However, the spirit docks and boards from Waterfront Park downtown.

Naito parkway. On a 5hr street

We take a cab or an Uber and don't deal with parking. If we are staying at a hotel downtown we may walk down do the riverfront.
